1. What is Pacific Wise Referral Program?
Pacific Wise Referral Program allows you to earn extra income by promoting Pacific Wise website and earn commissions on sales from any customer who purchases using your referral link.
2. What is the requirement to be a PW’s Referral Member?
For PW’s Standard Referrer Membership, anyone who spends a minimum of RM100.00 per year in a single receipt on www.pacificwise.com.my are qualified for a standard Referrer account.
For PW’s Pro Referrer Membership, members are charged with a small fee of RM258/year for membership fees with NO minimum spend required.
Currently, Pro Referrer Membership are free for first 100 member who sign up to become PRO Referrer.
3. What is the difference between PW’s Standard and Pro referrere membership?
PW’s Standard Referrer members receives 2% of commission when referrals made a successful transaction while PW’s Pro Referrer members can earn 5% commission for every successful referrals transaction and 2% commission for every referrals referred transactions. (ALL Total bills exclude shipping fees)
4. Can I have multiple Referrer Account?
No, you cannot create an account with the same Name, email address, personal details, and/or withdrawal details.
5. How are commission calculated?
Commission is calculated based on your commission rate of total amount of sales transacted EXCLUDING shipping fees.
6. How to register as an Referrer Member?
Simple! Just register an account on www.pacificwise.com.my. At the left side you will find “My affiliate”. Click on it and signup from there.
All registration will be automatically given an upgrade to Pro Referrer Membership account for first 100 sign ups.
7. How can I earn commission?
The commission will be credited to your account once a successful sales transaction made by your referral who clicked and purchased using your unique Referral link.
Commission will be credited into your account after Pacific Wise had successfully received the payment and processed the order.
8. How do I know if my request to become Referrer is approved?
You will receive an email from us stating that you are successfully a member. Also, you can check it by login to your Pacific Wise account and click “My Affiliate”. If there is a “Refer a Friend” tab, then congratulations! You are officially a Referrer member.
9. How to get my unique referral link?
Log in to www.pacificwise.com.my and select My Affiliate > Refer A Friend. Then copy your unique link and share it wherever you link and most convenient for you.
This function only available after you had successfully become a Referrer Member.
10. When can I get my commission?
Your commission will be automatically credited into your account once the transaction of your referral had been completed.
11. What form of payment will I receive?
The commission will be given in the form of Pacific Wise Affiliate Coins (1 Coins = RM1) which can be withdrawn into your bank account or e-wallet with a minimum withdrawal of 50 Coins OR transfer into the form of PW points (1 Coin = 200 Points).
12. When do I get paid?
Commissions will be credited into your account instantly. However, cash withdrawal to your bank account or E-Wallet will take an average of 3 business days.
13. Is there a maximum amount of total referral commission per membership account?
No, there is no limit, you are free to earn unlimited number of commissions! The more your share, the more chance to earn!
14. How To Withdraw My Commission?
Simply login to your Pacific Wise account, Click My Affiliate > My Withdrawal. Fill in your details and submit your withdrawal request.
15. I am not located in Klang Valley, am I eligible to join Pacific Wise Referrer Program?
Yes, you can join Pacific Wise Referrer Program if you are located within Malaysia.
16. My referrals are not located in Klang Valley, am I entitled to the commission if my referrals made a purchase?
Yes, as long as the transaction is made in Malaysia and the delivery address is within Malaysia.
17. Is the free shipping by Pacific Wise valid for deliveries within Malaysia?
Unfortunately, the free delivery services only available within Klang Valley area. Delivery addresses outside Klang Valey will be charged a delivery fee.

Referrer payment:
In order to place links, You must first be approved by Pacific Wise to become an Referrer of Pacific Wise Referrer Program. You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. You are responsible for determining if the payout for a referral purchase has changed or been discontinued. You receive the commission from Pacific Wise in the form of Pacific Wise Referrer Coins. Money credited to Your account does not accrue interest.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bad Checks:
If an order is later refunded to the customer or charged back by the customer, or if a customer's check does not clear, the referral fee, and any Referrer charge back fees, will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Referrer.
